Terms of Service

1. About the service

Integral is an AI implementation platform for business clients. It connects the systems an organization already uses (such as ERP, e-mail, ticketing and file storage) and provides an AI assistant, reports and workflow automations on top of them.

The Platform is provided exclusively to legal entities for business use.

2. Accounts and access

Access to the Platform is granted through accounts created for your organization. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Workspace administrators manage users, roles and permissions within their workspace and are responsible for granting access only to authorized persons.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Platform you must not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• attempt to circumvent access controls or access data you are not authorized to see;
• damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform, or interfere with its operation;
• attempt unauthorized access to the Platform, its infrastructure or other users’ workspaces.

4. Customer data

Your organization retains all rights to its data. MeteorIT processes it only to provide the service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreement.

By connecting a system to the Platform, your organization confirms that it has the right to do so and that such use complies with the terms of that system.

5. Third-party services

Systems connected to the Platform are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. MeteorIT is not responsible for the availability, content or conduct of third-party services.

6. AI-generated content

Responses on the Platform are generated by AI models. Although they are grounded in your data and cite sources, they may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify important outputs before relying on them for business decisions.

Actions that change data are prepared as drafts for your review and approval, except for workflows your workspace has explicitly enabled to run automatically.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, its software, design and documentation are the property of MeteorIT. Your organization receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for the duration of the contract.

8. Fees

Fees for the use of the Platform are defined in the commercial agreement between MeteorIT and your organization.

9. Availability and warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, although we work to keep the service reliable and available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeteorIT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of the Platform.

MeteorIT’s total liability for all claims related to the Platform is limited to the amount your organization paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Platform in the event of a material breach of these Terms or a security risk. Termination of the contract between MeteorIT and your organization ends the right to use the Platform.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Belgrade.

13. Changes to these terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page with an updated date; material changes will be announced to workspace administrators. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
